Is there a way to install "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Report Authoring Extension" for my visual studio 2015?
Currently only VS2012 with SQL Data tools is supported :(
Thanks Scott :(
Looks like VS2013 and VS2015 is now supported as of Dynamics 365 December 2016 Update: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Reporting Authoring Extension requirements
I would like to recommend a 3rd party CTI. This application will allow you to manage your contacts (easy note taking, contact details, task creation, etc..) while making a phone call. Aside from this, you also get advanced analytic reports, click to dial function and a few other features. Tenfold offers a 7-day free trial and set up will only take a few minutes. They also support MS Dynamics integration
JVE, where did you get that information? Likely carelessness on my part, but I did not see that stated in the link.
that link contained an error, it has been corrected. Visual Studio 2010 or Visual Studio 2012 are the only supported versions.
Check out Tenfold if you want improved data analytics on calls and sales performance. Tenfold is a CTI solution that automatically logs calls to CRMs, so you get accurate data in real time. Our dashboard can also be customized to show a leaderboard, average response time, and other important metrics. They support MS Dynamics integration. Our upcoming product, Tenfold NEXT, will improve on this function and sales call queues. Request for a free demo or a free trial here: www.tenfold.com/integrations
For anybody deciding to go out on a limb and build their own Data Processing Extension for CRM (like I did), even if you get it to work in Visual Studio 2015 (which it does!), the format of the .rdl file is slightly different and would require manual editing for it to be able to be imported back into CRM.
Do you have any details about .RDL adjustments we need to do to make it works?

Thanks Matt! I will give it a try.
This has been updated again, & with the newest release of the Dynamics 365 Reporting Auth Extensions (the May 2017 version) you can use VS 2013 & 2015.
