in one of my environment MS CRM 2013, the email router service stopped to restart.
so as per my past experience in MS CRM 2011 same issue and per MS article (https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/kb/954522 and http://ms-crm-2011-beta.blogspot.sg/2015/02/the-microsoft-crm-email-router-service.html ) i did the same things and service was up and emails were able to send after that.
in MS Article it has been mentioned that it has been fixed in Update Roll up 13 for MS CRM 4.0 and also for MS CRM 2011. but as i am getting the same error, is there any article for MS CRM 2013?
any reply experts?
if possible try to reinstall Email router but before that take a backup of below files.

i have no issue, making it work after removing the xml file and restarting email router service. what i am asking is is there any article on this from Microsoft or technect article?
