Our customer has a problem in CRM Online when opening some note attachments. It doesn´t occur everytime.
We found discussions regarding this problem but some of the solutions were for onpremise.
Do you have any suggestions for solving this in online?
Most users use Crome and Firefox.
Does the user has it in private mode?
Let them clear their cache in IE and delete all cookies registred in chrome towards the crm.
