Hi all, I have a client running Microsoft Dynamics RMS Store Operations across multiple workstations.

RMS on a newly installed workstation cannot print receipts to a HP network printer. Other workstations can print to this printer ok.

When opening RMS the following warning is shown:

No other error messages are received that I know of.

Under Store Operations Manager > Database > Registers > Register List > Properties, the Receipt Printer 1 & 2 settings appear correct. They're the same settings as seen on other workstations.
