Opportunities view on the mobile application shows: main-item and sub-item name for each opportunity which is some of them are empty field so its not easy to know what is this opportunity as they appear like this: -----
How can i change what info should be viewed on the opportunity icon? I need to choose main info to appear on the main view for opportunities for example: account name and main-item.
I tried to customize this from: entities-opportunities-forms-mobile form, but it only gives access to what fields can be shared in the opportunity form.
Thank you in advance.
Are you utilizing the new CRM mobile application? This does not utilize the mobile forms but uses the standard forms within CRM and you can control if the fields are displayed on mobile by choosing to display on the phone or not. You can also utilize the "Controls" tab to control how the field is displayed on the mobile device with a lot of different options now (depending on type of field):

If I am missing what you are trying to do, please reply as I was not 100% clear on your issue.
Hi Shahd, understand now. Hopefully someone has an idea for you as I do not know how to customize this view.
I stumbled upon your question when looking for the same thing.
I found out that the columns that appear in the mobile lists are the first 2 fields of the view. In my case, for example, the open opportunity view was not showing the account name because it was the 3rd field of the view.
You simply need to go into the customizations, change the view (switching the first fields), save it and then publish it.
Hope this helps you
Hi, I've also stumbled onto this thread looking for answers to this problem.
Bruno, what I've found is somewhat in line with what you say, but also a bit more limited.
I observe in the app that my custom view that is shown on a dashboard only allows one column to display in the list.
I then observe that when looking at the default accounts view, it is three columns.
When I look at the default view for the same entity that I mention above regarding the view in the dashboard, i still only get one column. Confusing!
Anyone have any insight on this?
