There seems to be a synchronisation problem with gamification i've added new KPIs in dynamics but they do not appear in gamification ans also the points do not seem to calculate.
Any idea why this happens?
First try going to Gamification Settings in the solution. Click on Reset Jobs, then check Gamification after about 15 minutes.

First try clicking Reset Jobs in Gamification Settings. If this does not send scoring data to Gamification, or if you have already taken that step, please reply with your email address and I will contact you directly.

I got the same Problem - synchronization does not work even having refreshed the data. I have waited a few days hoping it will be solved by itself. But unfortunatly it still does not work. Could you give me more some more Information on this too?

Jesse Are you still assisting with these challenges? The scoring is not even close to what it should be. When I upgraded to version 2/2017 the ability to Reset Jobs went away so I am not sure how to trouble shoot. MartinS@tlglearning.com Thanks!

I also have the same issue than the users above. I install the solution on a Dynamics 365 Trial, and after I activate it and setup a game, I'm getting an error message like this one:
After I click Reset Jobs, nothing happens.
I did try to uninstall and reinstall back again gamification but after sometime I got the same error from above.

Hi All, when installing Gamification, there is a new Security Role created of KPI Manager. Try adding that role to your user record, then try going to Gamification, Gamification Settings, and then Reset Jobs. I think that should solve the issue (assuming you haven't sorted it out already!).
i tried to set the blank issue checked and it is working fine,
it is picking depending on item model group option for the FEFO Date controlled checked and Pick criteria is Expiration Date
