I was created a New Case and added new Activities (Add Phone Call - Outgoing). But when I opened this call he had finished status. How I can custom CRM that my outgoing call has status - "Open". Could everybody help me?
You can not resolve (finish) Case with open Activities..it is OOB feature of Dynamics CRM.
To achieve your feature you need to write Plugin or Workflow.
You could always create a custom field to keep things simple. More difficult route would be using custom WFA
Agree Hasibur ..but Anatoliy wants to have open phone call for closed Cases.
How can we achieve this using custom field.
Instead of clicking 'Add Phone Call' on the Social Pane (Centre of the form), click on the case name on the top ribbon and add activities from there
Create a Realtime workflow and update the Status to Open.

Clicking "Add Phone Call" on the Social Pane isn't useful...
I think, creating workflow is the best way to solve this issue
I said instead of clicking on add phone calls
Which means do not click on that bcoz it is meant to create & complete calls on clicking ok.

Create a workflow will check each and every phone calls in the system even if u add a regarding filter, unnecessary creating process sessions.
This is not a design issue, it's a training issue. Ask ur users to create calls via case navigation as shown in the screenshot

When I create phone call from social pane his status always will be "Finished"?
Yes the status will always be completed
