I recently installed the Gamification add-on and the following upgrade. I went through the activation steps and copied my registration key from the documentation and I'm currently showing that my Sync is active from the Gamification settings page. However, when I try to create a new game or add users my form ribbon doesn't have any create new buttons, it only has the Excel Template button. I'm a O365 global admin and Dynamics sys admin. I'm wondering if something was missed during the setup or if I did something incorrectly, but basically I can see the games, players, and KPI, but can't do anything with them. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
There is nothing missing but you cant add Players from Dynamics 365.To add Players you have to import users on gamification.dynamics.com and here you can setup Team ,Schedule ,Game Type ,Scoring Method ,Badges ,Prizes ,Roles etc.
Thank you for the reply. Even when I go to the gamification page the only thing I can do is view my own profile. There is nothing that lets me do any of the administrative setup. It's almost as though I'm not a commissioner.
