Currently we are working on Dynamics 365 (Version 1612 (188.8.131.52) (DB 184.108.40.2062) online) and we are facing this issue:
Whenever a Knowledge Article created through Interactive Service Hub is Published, the "Publish On" field in the "Summary" section doesn't get automatically updated.
Can someone confirm if this is the expected behavior? If not, is this a known issue with Dynamics 365?
What is the workaround, if any?
