My team has a problem to "add new" and "edit" an opportunity in Dynamics 365 for the past weeks. When we signed in, we are able to load the "My Opportunity" page and its list of opportunities (in summary). But when we clicked a particular record with the intention to edit it, there is this message that says "Requesting Data from 365" and the page will never be loaded. Same applies when we clicked "Add" a new record - the same message appeared and the new record entry page was never loaded. Anyone has a similar problem? Thanks in advance.
Restart the services and try again.
Or try the steps suggested in the following thread.
I noticed this a few times in the trial instance. It was not a permanent problem, but, when it happened, it did last for a few hours.
Try other browsers, try private mode.. if non of that works, I'd suggest contacting MS support.
I am very new to Dynamics 365 development and I am having the same issue. I see there is a solution here but I am having difficulty in finding where to copy the code that needs to be over written. When I select an event and right click I only get the option to copy the event header. How do I copy the full event so I can then comment out the the Super(); as you suggested.
