While saving a record in opportunity form in ms crm 2015 on line a user is facing this issue.
while user with system admin role not facing this issue.Is there any sercurity role preveilge problem.
provide proper append to rights on sales region entity. Go to the security role of the user and provide permission.
You are spot-on. The mentioned user is facing this issue as he/she is missing the 'AppendTo' Security Privilege.System Admins always have full level access to all entities (OOB / Custom).For non-System Admins, you will have to go to Settings -> Security -> Users, find the above mentioned user.User record -> Security Roles.And create a new Security Role / edit an existing one so that the user has AppendTo privileges to the Entity in question.

It says that you need Append To privilege to sales region entity.
You need to have this privilege for the security role of the user.
You should give the Append To privilege to the entity specified in the error.
Go to Settings --> Security --> Security Roles.
Select the security role of the user who face this error and give the user the Append To privilege for the entity.
If the entity is a custom entity, it will be present in Custom Entities Tab of the security role.
