I have an upcoming meeting with my senior leadership team. We've had CRM 2011 implemented .
I'm looking for more ideas, and examples that will make them see the value that CRM provides. Personal stories, links to resources and screenshots all welcome and encouraged!!

thanks for the suggestions . however am looking for OOB functionalities of CRM rather than sales ,services and marketing modules for leadership team to use .
Just few suggestions:
1. Customer's 365 degree view -- personal datails, communication so far, transactions etc, planned activities for future
2. UpSale - during call with customer based on their activies you can suggest new products like an upgraded account, or any other value added service etc.
3. Using dynamic customers can be served better, case can be quickly logged, even while creating Knowledge base can be used to search for similar cases and resolutions. Case tracking wil be easier and for top management you can show how effectivly a query or issue was handled.
4. Easy Dashboards can be created for middle management to give them a summary of their team performance and all can be funneled up to Top management dashboards as well.
5. Can showcase EMail/Ourlook integration for top management people who are on the move.
6. Easy tracking of Leads and actions like marketing list etc.
