We have a standard customer service portal. After the summer suddenly all multiple lines of text fields that are read-only on the form, keep showing up double underneath. If i set the field to not read-only only one field appears on the case form, but I need this field to be read-only. I have tried removing the field and adding it, and tried turning on and off the portal, and resetting it.
Is anyone else familiar with this error? Know any way to solve this issue?
