We have an online instance of Dynamics 365- CRM.
Uninstall of the plugin profiler either through plugin registration tool or from solutions (deleting the managed solution of plugin profiler), throws an exception saying there is a dependency on the component "mbs_pluginprofile". There are no steps being profiled, but we still get the error as in the screenshots below. If anyone has faced this issue, please suggest on how you were able to resolve it.
Seems like there was indeed a plugin step created for 'mbs_pluginprofile' entity.
Found it in the Plugin Registration Tool itself.
Once I deleted (unregistered) this plugin step, uninstalling the 'Plugin Profiler' went through successfully.
Check your plugin steps again. seems like a custom component.
