I have a mobile application written, and I want to use REST API in it. I have registered my app on Azure, got app id, and managed to retrieve an access token for my account using it.
The question is - would other users of my possible application be able to access their CRMs as well? Or do they need to enable something in settings? Will my code for obtaining token work for them?
I believe this is similar to what you are asking.
If you've set up server to server authentication access will be via the application user you created and will have access to whatever data that user has based on the assigned security roles. You can reuse this same method in any number of different places but each will still be operating as the application user by default instead of the actual user.
I didn't set it. If I set application user, I will still have access only to my account. I, instead, want all users from different organizations to be able to login using my application. Is that possible?
