I have some users that are able to track emails in Outlook by using the Dynamics365 App for Outlook, but they cannot untrack emails, they get a message indicating that they don't have sufficient permissions and it is asking them to retry.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Hey, You should provide them the privilege to delete activity.
Check privilege of Activity entity in respective security role. Please give delete access if that is not there.
