I am new on this community, sorry if my post is not on the right place...
In my CRM, some users can send an automatic email through a workflow, some others can't anymore. This problem started a few days ago. Concerning synchronization method, we use an email router.
First problem : I checked Synchronization Method > Outgoing Email parameters on user's mailboxes in CRM, it has been changed to "Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook", as if by magic... (they were on "Server-Side Synchronization or Email Router" originally)
Second problem : After setting back Outgoing Email parameter to "Server-Side Synchronization or Email Router" for theses mailboxes, it still does not work. I also checked that users ticked the "Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send email on your behalf" permission in Set Personal Options.
Does anyone have an idea to solve my problems please ? I am on Dynamics 365 8.2
