We have installed Dynamics 365 for Phones app both on android phone and iPhone. According to the below article when we make a call to a CRM contact via the app and once the phone call is ended it should prompts us to enter the details of the call. But we don't see this. Does anyone know whether we have to configure any settings in the app or in CRM?
This is the place it says about the prompt:
Our CRM is Dynamics 365 online the latest.
We just updated to version 9 - does not work now.
Sachith, did you ever get an answer for this or resolve this issue? We have the same issue--the documentation states this action will occur after the call and it doesn't.
