Simply: if I make a quick search with the field in upper right, then the filter button become disabled and then i cannot make filters in the results.
Is there a method to reactivate it? Thanks

Do you mean the "Start Searching" button becomes disabled?
Do you edit this button or do any customization to the command button?
Does this issue happen with all the web browsers, such as IE, Chrome, Firefox?
I meant the following button in the CRM 2011 version:
where "Filtro" is "Filter"
When I do a quick search, this button become disabled.
The quick find view does not support filtering. This is the same behavior in later versions of CRM. You can filter or search using the quick find box.
You can still use the Alphabet bar int he quick find to jump to a specific area of the list.
If you need to filter and search you should look at Advanced Find instead. Added bonus is you can save the search for later!
