We upgraded the CRM at a customer to version 18.104.22.1685.
Now the button for opening the "Phone App" does not work. Nothing happens when you click on it. However, clicking the phone number on the second page still works:

Is there any way we can change the function of the button that doesn't work so we can fix it?
Has anyone encountered this issue before?
I really need help with this as my principle technical advisor for mobile apps is on vacation.
