"CRM for Outlook addin" and "Outlook 2010" have been working peacefully till we upgraded Office to 2013 (part of O365). The Outlook freezes then whole computer freezes but as soon as we uninstalled/disabled CRM addin, Outlook would run well again. I have tried to apply the latest CRM updates (8.2.2). Also have tried to delete MSCRM folders before re-installed CRM. Nothing resolved it.

Is there a best practice when upgrading Office to make sure CRM for Outlook will continue to work?
