On Dynamics 365 online instance, I have created a new KB Article by navigating as below :
Now, Using advanced Find, found that there are 2 records created in background instead one.
Why these 2 records are created instead one. Is this a bug ? or any business reason behind it ?

Good Afternoon,.In short: this is the expected behavior.
In details: there can be multiple versions existing at the same time of the same article ("Major Version Number" attribute) and also multiple translations ("Language" attribute, eg: English, German, etc etc). Whenever you create an article, the system also creates the root article for it ("Root Article" attribute).For the end user, only the latest version of the given language will be shown (also tracked in "Latest Version" attribute).
