I've following list of fields in a CSV file to be imported in CRM.
Technical Proposal (Lookup to Custom Entity - Technical Proposal)
The CSV file contain only one record to be imported. Also, apart from Product lookup and Technical Proposal lookup, Opportunity lookup value is duplicated in CRM. But following walk-through; I've set the imported values for the opportunity lookup field. But still I am getting following two errors:
1. A duplicate lookup reference was found. (For Product Column)
This happens when you have multiple Product records with the same name. So, please ensure that there are no 2 products with the same name.~Since the data-import for lookups is based on the Name of the lookup record than the GUID, the system cannot, by itself, figrue out which record you mean to associate it to. See this for more details.
2. The lookup reference could not be resolved. (For Opportunity Column)
This is pretty straight-forward. There is no Opportunity in the system with the name you specified here. Can you please recheck if the Opportunity is present and of it is in Open State?
PS: Also ensure that you are not importing any attribute columns which have similar display names.
Shidin - I've only one product with this name in CRM, I've cross checked with OR Group for Status Reasons in Advanced Find. Also, yes I've two opportunities with same requirement but they have different Opportunity and by following the walkthrough (that you shared) But its not working.
Also, all fields have unique display name on form
