We have Microsoft Dynamics 2018 R3 CU8 and Microsoft CRM Online
The connector for AX 2012 to CRM, It doesn't work anymore since CRM Online was updated.

When CRM was updated to the last version (Version 1612 18.104.22.168 DB 22.214.171.124 online), the connector stopped to synchonize both databases. When the connector try to connect to the CRM we have similar error than we had resolved by the link provided. The next is a snapshot with the message thrown by the connector
How can I do to resolve the problem?
1. Ask Microsoft to update the database version to match the app version. Numerous issues have been identified by having a version mismatch there.
2. The connector is no longer supported, and technically only is supposed to work with up to CRM 2016 (v8). As such, it's entirely likely it won't work at all with v9.
3. The connection strings have been updated, which might have also broken the Connector to D365 Sales. Not something I'm sure you can fix for the connector.
We have Dynamics 2012 not 2018!
Yes, I had assumed as much. My point still stands, it likely won't connect to your CRM instance anymore. It only supports up to V8, and you upgraded to V9.
