From the WebAPI I am able to query the metadata for all the Entities, so I know what format their return types are.
I saw some similar documentation for the Organization Service SOAP endpoint, but it didn't work. Is there any way to get the metadata for the old SOAP version Entities from the Organization Service?
Essentially, I need to take all the output from my REST calls for say...an account...and make the fields look like they would have come from the SOAP based service...for backward compatibility purposes. I am trying to discover the level of effort on this task. I think it will be high, given the number of entities, and the fact that all of the outputs have changed in the WebAPI field response values.
