From a SalesOrder form, after the customer selection, I want to give the possibility to select another address of the customer from a list.
For example the user click a button (in ribbon), then CRM opens a popup which contains a list of all addresses of the sales order customer. Then the user choose one address and then the data compiles the ship_to fields in the salesorder form.
Doesn't the existing "Look Up Address" button the command bar (ribbon) do exactly what you are describing?
