I have created an Entity Form with added metadata as Subgird and gave permissions to both Parent and child entities of the subgrid too as Golbal Scope for Authenticated Users. How can I resolve this?
If you have added the metadata then you should atleast see the subgrid (provided it is added on the form).
Try clearing a cache and see if it works
Hope this helps.
It's added on the form and I can see it in CRM, but can't see the Subgrid in Portal. I tried clearing the cache and restarted the portal too.
Can you share some screenshots here for checking ?? it will help to see if any issue is there
Can you please make sure subgrid added on the correct form which is diplaying on the portal.
Here, Is the web page showing blank (without Sub grid).
Below is the metadata for the sub grid I created in the respective entity form.
Any issue with the subgrid in CRM Portals can be cleared by the below blog:
Thanks for all suggestions.
I have tried adding a subgrid in the Form of the Profile Web Form, then configuring the subgrid as Only Related Records and selecting the specified view to display. It works in Crm, but only the specified view field can be displayed on the portal, but the related records of my current login user cannot be filtered out, but all records are displayed.
Is there a way to solve this problem?
Please help me?
