Hello, I would like to find the best way to convert an Activity (Appointment, or phone call) into a Opportunity. We had a solutions (web ressource) to do it, but it won't works anymore. It was really usefull for our business unit. If somenone can help me please... :) What is the best way to do it ? Solution or Workflow ?

Do you have any specific requirement for opportunity create ?? why you are looking for solutions when there is out of the box option available to convert activities to opportunity using Convert To button ?
Appointment and phone call activities support Convert to Opportunity feature out of the box, please see the screenshot below.
the best way of doing it is using the oob feature , there is convert button in every activities.
Hello Mahender, thank you for your answer. Hum, actually, the "convert-to" button doesn't work at all. There is no action behind this button. that'as why (i guess) they ask for a customization and adding a solution to make this possible. But after upgrading version this summer, this won't works anymore. So. I tryed to delete the solution, and push the convert button, nothing happening.. thank you for your help
are you using CRM online? if yes, raise a ticket to Microsoft, you can request Microsoft support to help you identify why "convert to" button is not working.
Is there any customization done or any changes for Convert To button ?? Agree in case it's not working you need to contact to Microsoft and raise ticket. you can try to debug your js to see why it's not working, but yes you should fix out of the box Convert To button with MS.
Yes, there is a Custo on the button. I found the web ressource related to this feature. Now, i have to find a way to delete this web ressource and try again. The next step (if it works) will be the fields matching between Appointement and Opportunity.
I start in my company one year ago and i'm founding everyday one customization in Dynamics. Which means that on every update, there is a error on a processus or fields or... everything. I'm trying to come back to a "Out of Box" version actually.
