I have been recently facing an issue while adding members to the Marketing List using Advanced Find. I would like to mention the steps that I have taken.
1. Used advanced find query for contacts.
2. Selected few records from the result.
3. Selected the option "Add to marketing list".
When I selected the name of Marketing list, I got the error prompt but no details.
I would like to mention that our organization is facing this issue only when we use Internet Explorer. We have enabled Active X controls. But still not able to resolve this issue. We are using CRM online version 9.1 and Internet Explorer 11.
Also, Is there any way so that we can get to know details about such errors? Please advise.
I have just tested and i have the same error with internet explorer. I tried many internet explorer settings but doesn't seem to be working.
It works smoothly in chrome browser. Hence i would recommend you use chrome for this purpose and raise this with Microsoft.
Is it known issue? Do we need to report it to Microsoft?
Known - I am not sure if MS has ticket for this issue already. But i would recommend you raise it with them.
we have seen a few issues in dynamics crm with Chrome/IE lately.
