We have a few users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 who book meetings using the Appointments functionality, however they are automatically being removed from the appointments which is causing great frustration here as they may miss these meetings in their diaries if they are removed.

There doesn't appear to be a pattern to this issue, sometimes the users are removed 10 minutes after booking the appointment, sometimes they are removed after 4 hours. I have checked the local machines of the users, and the machines were inactive when the Meeting Attendee was removed, which means it's not something the user is doing, and I have checked all of the workflows we have which run against appointments, and none of them were ran against these appointments.
