The strangest thing started happening. Every appointment that is tracked in Outlook to CRM record is changing time. I noticed the other day that Tracked appointments in Outlook now show in a dark blue color. Not sure if this is by design or I can change a setting, not a bad idea.
But the important issue is these any appointments that were synced to CRM from Outlook as of 2 days ago keep moving forward in time. It seems that each time Outlook syncs to the Server, the time changes again.
We have this happening as well. Did you find any resolution to it?

I noticed this occurring Sat morning April 13th. I have been working with MS for past two days. It is a known bug. Now though my apps do not. Sync at all and there seems to be mailbox sync issue. The service is not as reported by Heath Status working correctly.

not sure at this point if it is resolved. I have a two user org. It looks like the issue with appointments changing time has been resolved. I have tested a number of appointments. However, not sure if it is related or not, but now one user cannot sync. There seems to a mailbox issue. Not sure if they are related or not
I have raised a case with microsoft today, they are aware of this and considered as a known issue. They claimed that they ran the script to fix the existing appointments. so check with your customers for that. and i noticed the new appointments which are getting tracked still has the issue. I would suggest to raise a support ticket with microsoft.
Microsoft has fixed this bug.
We have finished applying the mitigating script to all impacted appointments and confirmed that appointment functionality has been restored.
Beginning on April 17, 2019, the appointment time should be normal.

Thak you for the confirmation. My testing leads me to the same conclusion. However the problem is now with one user. I believe that if that user is set to the organizer then appointments do not sync. This user has a mailbox that does not seem to be functioning. Many many sync errors. Any idea how to fix a "corrupt" mailbox?

My concern is the current issue I am facing that appointment will not sync from CRM to Outlook and it only effects appointments. So this issue might be related.
On another note, can i delete a mailbox and then recreate?
Unfortunately, the mailbox could not be deleted. You could Apply Default Email Setting and Test & Enable Mailbox again.
We need to know the details of the error to understand the cause of the issue.
Therefore, I recommend that you post a new post to describe your issue so other experts can participate in resolving it.
I think the problem is now resolved on MS end with wrong appt times.
My sync issue still exists. I will open a new thread as you have suggested.
