Please note that when we’re trying to connect to Dynamics CRM V9.0 with Filed Service version 220.127.116.11 using Field Service mobile, the following error appears "Your organization has not created a Bookable Resource for your account and set it to be "." This requires version 7.5.5+ or 8.2 of field service solution" But we already have version 7.6 which is higher from 7.5.5. but we can’t find the mentioned field “Enabled for Field service mobile” on Bookable resource entity in CRM
So, please advise what to do
Could you try a publish all in CRM and uninstall and install your app again to force to download the latest customisation?
If you still get the error, it might be worth checking the log file on the device. You can email the log file and see the full log.
I think this can't resolve the problem, as there is no field called "Enabled for Field service mobile" for Bookable Resource entity. while it's already there for Dynamics Online
