Mobile Offline functionality had been penciled in for April 2019 release. Does anyone know if this functionality has gone general availability, or does anyone have an update?
If your Dynamics 365 organization has April 2019 updates enabled, you can use the latest Mobile Offline feature.

Hope this helps.
Thanks Lu Hao.
If you already have the app installed on phones/tablets you before you enabled Mobile Offline, you need to clear the app cache to get this working on Android. If you cannot figure how to clear the app cache, you can just uninstall and re-install the Dynamics 365 app.
