My sales team is getting the message "You don't have any apps yet" while using Dynamics 365 on the iPad. They are not getting this message on the iPhone. It works fine on the iPhone. Also, this was working last week and something changed. I'm the admin and I haven't made any changes.
If I try my login on an iPad, it works. Try the login of a salesperson and it doesn't work. But, it works on the iPhone or Android.
I've been doing a lot of research and just not finding a solution.
Ask users to log off the iPad application and login again. Sometimes it happens on my iPhone as well.
Pranav, we've log on and off several times. Even tried this on separate iPads. It works fine on the iPhone, Android, etc. Just not the iPad.
Hi, I believe you have already checked this link: docs.microsoft.com/.../support
Check if your app is shared with this user as well.
I've read this and many other suggestions. This was working last week on this iPad that is a year old. It just stopped working. I'm the Admin for the CRM and I haven't made any changes. We've rebooted, uninstalled multiple times, tried this on an older iPad.
I need to send him an email this morning to see if anything changed over the weekend.
Really appreciate any suggestions,
The app can be hidden even if you are a Sys Admin, please see below
I would make sure that the roles are ticked and I would also check the https://home.dynamics.com landing page and see what apps are displayed in there. If it's not listed even on Web Client, its more likely the app is hidden.
You could also try the following
01. Install the Windows App - Dynamics and see if you have access to Sales Hub on it.
02. You could also try on a different Ipad and possibly with different user account as well.
Did you find any solution? I have the same issue.
Only a single person from the sales team is not able use the app on the iPad.
Tried multiple iPads for this user, still nothing.
For us, it just started working again. I had our consulting company start looking into it to offer suggestions. They looked around, said they didn't change anything, and it just started working again.
Based on your description, seems like the exact same problem.
