I am trying to get to the Knowledgebase or the Pre-certification link. Either one gives me "Access Denied".
I can get to the first link on the page above.
Have tried numerous avenues through Microsoft to get this fixed, no one seems to know how to fix it.

I tried the link and I also got the Access Denied with Knowledge Base/ Pre Certification however I was able to access the Enagage/ contact us page. You can submit your request and somewone will provide you with the right access.

Thank you - I sent a message on the Contact Us page. After I clicked submit, it just disappeared so I am not positive it was sent and no way of knowing when they will get back to me.
Will update this forum when I hear from them.
I have heard back from a couple of different Microsoft links, emails, phone numbers. I don't remember which one was the "contact-us" response, but no one so far has been able to help.
