Do we have any solution to export file attachments stored in the CRM 4.0 system ?
Please suggest here.
Hope below post will help you:
Hello Rocker Thanks for your help but that addons is not supporting crm 4.0. So I ended up by creating console application to connect local crm server.I am able to get download all the attachments from notes entity from local crm but for dev crm server when I am passing credentials getting error with "The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized ".
Below code for to connect local crm using windows authentication, I need syntax for passing Passport authentication . Any idea Anyone ?
CrmAuthenticationToken token = new CrmAuthenticationToken();
token.AuthenticationType = 0;
token.OrganizationName = "OrgName";
CrmService service = new CrmService();
service.Url = "port/.../CrmService.asmx";
service.CrmAuthenticationTokenValue = token;
service.Credentials = System.Net.CredentialCache.DefaultCredentials;
Console.WriteLine("Connected to CRM......");
Is your dev environment also on same domain?
Yes but to access dev crm using Username & password.
Any one ?
Please refer to the links below and see these helps you to do the passport authentication
Note : In your example the authentication type is set to 0 but it should be 1
Thanks Kokulan will go through this & yes authentication type 0 have used for local crm which doesn't need any credentials to access crm.
I need a way to get access crm service for my dev crm which is remote access & it need credential to pass.
