All of my mailboxes now show Failure on Outgoing Email Status. I can't think of any changes that could've caused this.
My issue is that it doesn't give me any reason. Is there a way I can turn on some type of logging to troubleshoot this?
Dynamics 2016 On-Prem configured with an Exchange Online profile.
Have you checked the following dashboards?
1. Server-side Synchronization failures.
2. Server-side Synchronization Monitor.
These dashboards wouldn't enable the logging, but it will start giving you some information. Good luck!
Check your email router, It may be possible that admin password get change in outgoing profile.
