I am having problems exporting and importing a file in Dynamics365.
I have exported from the view I have, updated 1 field in the exported file for 50 different people (I needed to update part of an address field) then imported. Looking at Data Management-Imports. It says it has imported successfully with no errors showing the 50 changes.
However nothing has been updated.
Any suggestions as to why this might be?
I have just tested on the latest Online trial instance, exported the data as shown in the screenshot and changed one column data to all the records and imported.
And the records got updated fine.
I would check if your time zone is set to be different from the records modified on.
