Im running 365 Online v9+. An unfortunately I have the latest unified interface. So it's almost impossible to find what im looking for in the menus.
Im following this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sSrtLK-yPD4 at 2:31 or this URL https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/crminogic/archive/2018/09/07/configure-schedule-board-to-include-multiple-entities-booking-requirements-using-universal-resource-scheduling
And im missing the Resource scheduling Settings for Field Service
This is my interface - Totally confusing compared to the old layout..
If I use the forceClassic=1 in the url. I can get to this.. But still if I click on "Sales" in the top menu, I do not get the "Sub-Menu", like I did before v 9... Where can I find the Resource scheduling Settings for Field Service?
Please refer to my post in the link below to see how you can turn of the UCI and use the classic UI
From System Settings area you can change it to always load in Classic UI
I already changed those settings. If I access my url after this. I still get the new interface?
If the UCI is not set as default UI, it should open the classic UI. Not sure if this is due to some caching issue. Could you try and login as different user or in an incognito mode.
For your Field Service settings, could you make sure the Field Service module in installed. You can do that from the Dynamics 365 Admin centre
