We have just installed on premise v. 22.214.171.124 but why is the unified interface not standard? And how to activate it?
Setting Unified Interface as the only UI is a fairly new feature and I don't think its been rolled out to On-Prem yet.
You can however, use the Customer Service Hub or Sales Hub modern apps to take advantage of the Unified interface.
