Hi, I get the following error message when I want to Close a Case.
Whether its on 1 machine or multiple machines . 1 user or many users. You can try on some different browser. Have you installed any custom solution or any customization done recently by you?

Looking at the message there are relationships to a custom entity that the user executing the close does not have. If you run it as a system admin does it work?
It seems like the user is missing AppendTo access on queue entity. Could you please give the AppendTo access on queue entity and try and see if you are still getting the error.
Are you getting this error for one user or all user? Its seems the problem with your security role .
As mentioned above please check user having sufficient access in Queue entity with that you need to also check whether case and case related entity having append and append to privilege.
Not sure how did you create security role , it is best practice to create security role by copying existing working security role (system provided based on your requirement) and then reduce the access as per your needs .
