Quote record is already closed but I was able to change the value of one of the lookup field. Is this a product bug? Anybody experienced this?
CRM Version 1710 (188.8.131.5226) online
I have just done a quick test on Version 1710 (184.108.40.20619) online and I am not able to edit any field when it's closed. What you have shown in your screenshot seems like a bug to me. The audit history you highlighted is in line with the form behavior.
The form screenshot seems to suggest that it's ignoring the read-only status and allowing the record to be updated. You should not see + buttons on sub-grids either if the record is read-only.
It may also be worth checking if this happened only to one record or if it happens across the board
If you guys have not done any changes and if this started happening all of a sudden, I would recommend you raise ticket with MS.
