Using Dynamic 365 online (V9) and the Dynamics 365 Client for Outlook (188.8.131.526).
I can get emails to track in CRM by clicking on the Track or Set Regarding buttons but any reply emails are not automatically tracking as expected.
I think we have the System Setting correct but would appreciate any assistance with where we are going wrong.
We have toggled Use Smart Matching on an off as well but don’t seem to be able to get this working.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated
