Using Dynamic 365 online and the Dynamics 365 Client for Outlook (184.108.40.2066).
The mail merge function is working fine until I try to add an attachment to the mail merge.
The email never gets sent, it is sitting in the user’s outlook drafts folder and there is no attachment with the email. Works fine with no attachment.
Am I missing something when attaching the file or is there some other setting I am missing.
Appreciate any suggestion on how to resolve this.

Unfortunately no. Have tried from multiple user accounts and computers but the same result.
Still hoping someone can provide some advice with this. Will keep searching.
