I currently use Dynamics 365 for Marketing on trial and try Survey in Voice of the Customer.
When I use Survey (it's not published), and try to set the question as response required, the question form shows 'Read Only'. I've searched on the internet, it's said to set advanced questions setting in Question Form, but mine in two different tenants both show read only.
Does anyone know how to fix it? Or any other ways to set the questions in detail?

Could you please try once in Classic app?
Classic app? Do you mean on Dynamics 365-Custom? It still shows read only T.T
