We have recently deployed a container app in our testing environment, which points to our Organization's URL (CRM365 on premise). We are using Phone Express and I see few issues with the app which are as follows.
1. Edit functionality for existing records is not loading at all and same is the case when we are trying to create new records. Is it because of the JS which are not working for mobiles right now? How can we overcome this?
2. The views UI is not ok. The record name is coming in big bold letters below which record name is coming again in small letters. Is it possible to customize views in Mobile express?
3. The fields which are out of the box business required are no more showing as Mandatory when we are view the records? What can be the possible reason behind this?
4. The back button is not coming in the mobile express per se. In case of Android phones, it is okay but for Iphones, there is no way to go back except clicking Home button. Any solutions for this?
From where exactly can I read more about Phone express and customization which can be done from developer standpoint. Any leads and solutions will really help us to overcome these hurdles.
We tried to get our app rolling in latest app only but due to some network issues we had to go away with that app and instead had to settle with the container app. There is very little documentation on Phone Express and that is the reason I am struggling.
