I am using Sharepoint on Portal and I have several forms where I have enabled the file uploader.
All forms are related to different topics but the subgrid of the Sharepoint files has always the same list as the filter applied is "Active Document Locations".
What I want to achive is to organize the files that will be displayed so I want to find a way how to specify a specifc subfolder that will be used as a source.
Do you know if this can be done?
Help will be appreciated.
Hi and thanks for your answer,
I have created some views on my Sharepoint content and the result is correct within the CRM BUT Portal is ignoring the View that I select on the Form subgrid and shows all the content.
Not sure if triggering a click on the desired folder is a solution...
Yeah, from what I can tell the view used by the Portal to render the SharePoint documents doesn't respect any of the settings in the views in Dynamics.
Unfortunately at this point Microsoft hasn't really given us a way to make any significant customizations to how the SharePoint integration works.
