I'm currently facing issue in incoming emails. This is for CRM2016 on premises. Emails are sending out fine but there are no emails entering the queue!
The email configuration test for the mailbox is deemed successful too. We are using server-side synchronization. and Server Type : Exchange Server
Could you please pick a mailbox, do a test and enable and check the alerts area to see if incoming emails test work.
If it does not work, you can get the error message from the alert area to investigate this further.
please share the log file of Email router, if tracing disabled please check the link to enable the tracing.
Tools for Troubleshooting
We did a test and enable on the mailbox and the status is "Success" for Incoming email. In the Alerts also don't see any error message.
