How can establish sync of social pane notes between opputunity and leads. I want to develop functionality where notes from opportunity should appear in leads.
How is the lead & Opportunity related? Is this the out of box relationship OriginatingLeadId"? If yes, you can create a real time workflow to which triggers on Create of Opportunity note and then create a new note record for teh lead entity.

yes it is relation with OriginatingLeadId. on which entity I need to create this workflow and what condition I need to check in workflow.
Please check the screenshot. This is how I am creating work. Can you see and help how to create the lead Note record and copy the data from opportunity lead record?
You can implement this functionality by creating Workflow.
1. Create a Sync workflow which triggers on creation of record on Note Entity as shown in the below Screenshot.
2. When a new Note is created, check if Notes has data and regarding Opportunity. OriginatingLead contains data and then add a new step to create a Note Record.
3. Set the properties for the Note as shown in the screen snap below:
Set the Originating Lead in the Regarding.
