How to create a dashboard for Lead page and Opportunity page separately.

If you want to create Dashboards for Lead and Opportunity entities separately, you can create them in the main solution.
1. Go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System, expand the Entity list, find Lead and Opportunity, and click on their Dashboards.
2. Click on New > Interactive experience dashoard. Select the layout and click Select the layout and click Create. Then you can add charts and Steam to dashoard.
